3. AI and Transcription Services

• Google Gemini is used to generate AI-based responses.
• OpenAI Whisper is used to transcribe user audio input.

You acknowledge that AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be used as sole decision-making tools.

4. Data & API Usage

We may fetch and display third-party data via APIs based on your queries or configurations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with those API providers' terms of use.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload or input. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content to provide services.

You agree not to upload:

6. Availability & Downtime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be down for maintenance, upgrades, or due to third-party outages.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these terms
• You abuse or misuse the platform
• You request account deletion

8. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of data provided via AI or third-party APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0system.com is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Errors in AI output
• Issues caused by third-party integrations
